The Officium Incubator is a strategic preparatory program designed to nurture businesses and align them with the standards of operational excellence required for high-level scaling. It serves as the entry point into the Officium ecosystem, focusing on building rock-solid startup foundations through community learning and expert-led guidance.
02 Who is this programme for?
The Incubator is primarily designed for post-revenue businesses that have recently onboarded their first hire and lack a clear roadmap for scaling. However, it is open to any ambitious startup founder—from pre-revenue solo founders to small teams—who is ready to transition from an ‘operator’ mindset into an ‘owner/CEO’ mindset.
03 How does the programme work?
The program operates as a high-value, light-touch community environment built on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. Members gain access to a structured pathway of learning, peer-to-peer networking, and regular “Topical Webinars” delivered by Officium CXOs. These sessions provide a window into the strategic challenge and rigor of the full Officium Scale, ensuring you are always learning from proven operators.
04 What is the core philosophy of the Incubator?
Everything we do is built around one non-negotiable principle: Value your time first. We condition founders to think like operators and CEOs from day one, helping you identify and remove yourself as the bottleneck before the business becomes too dependent on your manual execution to change.
05 What will I get out of the program?
You will gain the structural maturity needed to stabilise your operations and implement foundational systems. By the end of your tenure, you should have a stabilised team, a functional GHL-based operational stack, and the strategic readiness to progress into a full Officium Scale cohort for intensive, hands-on growth.
06 What is the cost to join?
The Incubator is positioned as a low-friction entry point at £49 per month, plus a one-time £200 joining fee to ensure a level of commitment to your journey. We also offer a referral incentive where referring two members who stay for at least two months will result in a full reimbursement of your joining fee.
07 How does this differ from the Officium Scale program?
